We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below before submitting a return or exchange request.
Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at the moment.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@mindiwalters.com with your order number and a photo of the product so we can make it right.
Crease Bra – Size Exchanges Only
We offer size exchanges only for our sleep bras.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- The item must show no signs of wear (including stretching, deodorant marks, fragrance, or washing
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your new size.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items That Do Not Qualify
We cannot accept exchanges for items that:
- Show any signs of wear or use
- Are missing tags or packaging
- Are returned outside the exchange window
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
